
Order – All prices are in US Dollars. Once you placed order, we will reply you with an email as confirmation.
Shipping – Shipping cost will be on customer’s account, which will be advised when we receive confirmed shipping address. All shipping will be done with Hong Kong Post only with insurance and tracking reference.
Payment – Currently we accept payment via PAPAL only for all overseas customer. Customer from Hong Kong can pay by cash or bank transfer.
Delivery - Most orders are dispatched within the next day of receipt of payment and you should receive your goods within 7-10 working days under normal circumstances. In the event that the delivery may take longer, you will be advised of this when we take payment for this item. Customer from Hong Kong can choose local pick up which is free of handling charge.
Returns – All sales are final. Please inform us of any damages/ breakage within 2 working days of receiving the item. Items that have been damaged while in transit to you will be replaced at no extra cost.
